The Problem
Flat tires end rides. Every solution on the market — foam mousse, heavy tubes — forces a tradeoff between flat protection and performance. BGR Tires was built to eliminate that tradeoff. A patented two-chamber system that is pinch-proof, tunable, and easier to mount than any competing system.
Contact Tire System
A 3-component system inside many production tires: a silicone rubber Rock Shield in the outer chamber, a lightweight butyl rubber/Aramid Tire Insert protecting a standard Inner Tube at 15–20 PSI. Fits most production tires. No Rim Lock required.
