ITT 110/100-18 Shoug Series Rear Tire

BGR Tires ITT 110/100-18 Shoug Series Rear Tire is a pinch-proof and puncture resistant solution for loamy terrain. Reduce tire pressure below 10 psi with no concern about pinch flats. The tire is delivered with Slime installed to reduce any risk of puncture.

Also available in a Shoug Series 80/100-21 front tire of matching rubber hardness.

ITT Pinch-Proof and Puncture Resistant Tires

BGR Tires announces the introduction of the Integral Tubeless Tire (ITT). The ITT employs an internal bladder that is integral to the calendar layup of the tire before the tire is vulcanized in the mold. A release tape is laid into the mold between the inner 3 plys of rubber and nylon. After vulcanizing is complete air is applied to the bladder to release it from the remainder of the tire. The bladder inverts to seal the spoke holes and create an air chamber that is Pinch-Proof. The use of Slime in the air chamber creates a puncture resistant tubeless chamber that can be repaired with standard tubeless repair tools.

Air pressure in the ITT Tire can be reduced to any low pressure without the risk of a pinch flat. This setup is ideal for Hard Enduro and EnduroCross.
