The BGR Contact Tire System is the first comprehensive flat-proof tire system for a wide range of two-wheeled transport. BGR Tires offers a complete catalog of pinch- and puncture-proof wheel and tire solutions designed for the motorcycle market.

The Contact Tire System is comprised of three elements working together in a patented 2-chamber design.

Rock Shield — Nine Rock Shield pieces fill the Outer Chamber, cushioning the rider from tire deflection and hard impacts when striking rocks, roots, and other trail obstacles. The Rock Shield material delivers a compliance feel equivalent to approximately 5–8 psi in a conventional tire, eliminating the "basketball bounce" effect and reducing wheel hop.

Tire Insert — The puncture-proof Tire Insert separates the Outer Chamber from the Inner Chamber, preventing pinch flats and blocking punctures from reaching the inner tube.

Inner Tube — Protected by both the Rock Shield and Tire Insert, the inner tube inflates to 15–20 psi to deliver proper sidewall support and precise steering. No rim locks are required above 14 psi, and pinch flats are eliminated entirely.
